6th Grade Teacher
Angela Bastian began working at Saint Helen’s Catholic Elementary School in 2021 and is currently the 5th - 8th grade Language Arts and Reading teacher. She is a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, where she received a BS in English and Social Studies Education. She also has a MS in Educational Technology from Barry University. Ms. Bastian comes to St Helen with over 30 years teaching experience at the middle and high school levels. She has a grown son and two grandchildren living in Virginia. She has been a member of St Helen’s Church for over 20 years.
